PHOENIX (CBS/TV3) – We have everything you need if one of your goals for the new year is to eat healthier. A new year brings with it resolutions. Jamie Miller, a certified dietician, visited the Good Morning Arizona studio to demonstrate some delectable dish ideas.
Drink: Limeade Apple Cider Vinegar
One-half teaspoon of apple cider vinegar and one teaspoon of fresh lime juice
One tsp of stevia
Two glasses of chilled water
Drink: Apple Pie Apple Cider Vinegar
1 tsp vinegar made from apple cider
Two tsp of organic applesauce
one-third teaspoon stevia
